The opening

Guests arrive looking for a day to remember.
Hosts already know the people who can give it to them.
Traveliru is the work in between

For two decades, the parts of hospitality that travelers remember — a surf lesson, a back-road, a cooking class — have been booked the way they were twenty years ago: through phone calls, emails, spreadsheets...

Traveliru handles the work between hosts, tour operators, and guests. Every booking, every payment, every detail — quietly, in the background. So hosts can go back to where they belong: with the guest, the stay, the experience.

How it works

Connect. Curate. Collect.

A booking engine for your property — the rest is ours.

We handle every tour operator handoff, every payment, every refund, every guest detail — quietly, behind the scenes.

The product

A look inside.

The page a host publishes, the dashboard they run it from, and the setup that gets them live — captured from the product as it stands today.

A Traveliru guest page published by Fortuna Retreat: a search for experiences around La Fortuna, Costa Rica, with categories of tours to browse.
01

What the guest sees. Each host publishes their own branded page — this one is Fortuna Retreat’s.

The Traveliru onboarding checklist: five steps to go live, including publishing a guest page, adding guest-page messages to OTAs, and adding a payout method.
02

How a host goes live. Publish, connect the OTAs, add a payout method. Self-serve, start to finish.

The Traveliru host dashboard: the day's three scheduled experiences with times, durations, traveller counts and payment status, alongside earnings to date.

Who it’s for

Three people, one afternoon — held together.

01

Guests

Looking for the day they couldn’t have planned themselves. The local kitchen, the right wave, the great massage with a view.

02

Hosts

Hoteliers, lodge owners, and B&Bs who already know the experiences worth recommending — and want them to feel as cared-for as the room.

03

Operators

The chef, the captain, the guide. Real craft, on a real calendar — without a clipboard and a paper receipt.

The promise

We only earn when you do.

Traveliru costs hosts nothing. No subscriptions, no setup fees. We share in the upside — never the burden.

Subscriptions
None — ever. No monthly seat, no annual lock-in.
Setup fees
None. Onboarding is on us, in your language, on your time.
Risk to host
None. We earn a share when a guest books an experience — nothing before.

A note from the founder

A note from the founder

Traveliru began behind the front desk of our own boutique hotel.

We loved welcoming guests into a place we’d built with care, and we loved sending them off into the day with a tour we knew they’d remember. What we didn’t love was everything in between — the spreadsheets, the operator hand-offs, the payments, the refunds, the late-night reconciliations, and the quiet worry that something would slip and a guest’s afternoon would suffer for it.

So we built the tool we wished existed. First, quietly, for ourselves. Then, when other hosts told us they were drowning in the same work, for them.

Traveliru is the version of hosting we always wanted — where the experiences shine, and the work behind them finally rests.

The team

Two hoteliers, two engineers — one product.

Traveliru is built by the people who ran the front desk and the people who write the software. We are a small, full-time team — no agency between the problem and the code.

The business

A software company, end to end.

Traveliru is a hospitality software platform. Hosts onboard online, operators publish their availability online, and guests browse, book, and pay online. There is no counter and no paper anywhere in it.

01

What we sell

Software. Hosts share a guest booking page, guests book local experiences, and operators fulfil them. We carry the booking, the accounting, and the commission.

02

How we earn

A share of each experience booked through Traveliru, taken on the operator side. Hosts pay nothing — not to join, not monthly, not per booking.

03

Where it runs

Entirely in the cloud. Onboarding, availability, payments, and payouts all happen inside the product — contracted through Traveliru LLC, built by a team in Costa Rica.
