What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of traveliru.com — this website and the waiting list on it. Using the site means you accept them.

Nothing is sold here. There is no account, no booking and no payment. When the Traveliru platform launches, a separate agreement will cover bookings, commissions, payouts, refunds and the obligations of hosts and operators. It will be published before anyone can transact.

The site is operated by Traveliru LLC, a company formed in the United States, working with a team in La Fortuna, Costa Rica. Contact: support@traveliru.com.

The waiting list

Joining means we may email you about the launch. It is not a contract, not a reservation and not a promise of access, pricing or availability — we may change or discontinue the product before it reaches you. You can leave at any time by writing to us. What we do with your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Using the site

Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit false information or someone else’s details, or scrape it by automated means. We may block access if you do.

The Traveliru name, logo, copy, imagery and design belong to us or to our licensors. You are welcome to read, quote and link to the page; you may not copy the site or present our brand as your own.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and descriptions of what Traveliru will do are statements of intent about a product still being built.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above shows when they last changed.
