Who we are

Traveliru LLC (“Traveliru”, “we”) operates traveliru.com, built by a team in La Fortuna, Costa Rica. This site is a pre-launch page: it describes what we are building and lets you join a waiting list. There is no account and no product to use here yet.

What we collect

Only what you type into the “Join the list” form: whether you are a host or a tour operator, your email, your company or property name, your city or region, your number of rooms where relevant, and your website if you give one. All of it is voluntary, and we do not buy or enrich it from anywhere else.

Separately, we count page views to see whether anyone is finding the site. That measurement is aggregate: no advertising, no profiling, and nothing that identifies you personally.

Your browser stores one value, traveliru-lang, to remember whether you prefer English or Spanish. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms receives the form you submit and delivers it to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides the page-view count above.

Both operate in the United States, so your data is transferred there. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long, and your rights

We use what you submit for one thing: to contact you about Traveliru’s launch. We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months from now if we have not launched in your market by then — whichever comes first.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to support@traveliru.com and we will answer within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and leaving the list costs you nothing.

Depending on where you live, the privacy law that applies to you may give you these rights. Where you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, you keep it.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above. When the Traveliru platform launches, this page is replaced by one that covers it, and we will say so here before that happens.
